Squeegee Squad Opened in July 2011

They provide window cleaning, hard water stain removal, pressure washing, rust stain removal, gutter cleaning and other cleaning services to residential and commercial clients in Lake County, Polk County, Western Orange County (Oakland, Winter Garden and Ocoee) Western Osceola County (Celebration and Kissimmee).

They also provide new construction window cleaning for residential and commercial builders. Estimates are always free.

In 2013 they won “The Boomer” award as they earned the top growth in the Squeegee Squad Franchise.

In 2014 they won “The Biggest Score” award from the Squeegee Squad Franchise when they secured a contract with Florida Polytechnic University to keep the IST Building clean and beautiful.

In 2015 we are proud to say that they moved their operation to Hunt Industrial Park in the brand new Phase 3 section.

Flex Warehouse Space Where We Are

Hunt Industrial Park is South Lake County’s largest secure flex space industrial park. It spansover 24 acres and encompassing over 200,000 square feet of flex space used for Retail, Commercial, Professional Office Space, Warehouse, Industrial and Manufacturing. The park is secured with a card access gate system and video surveillance that spans all 17 buildings over 24 acres. We offer oversized bay doors, drive-in units, loading docks and air conditioned offices. Units start at 900 square feet and can be customized to meet your needs.

The Suites at Hunt Industrial Park now offers Professional and Entrepreneur Incubator Style OfficeSuites. The Suites consist of 16 professional office suites and 10 virtual suites. Within The Suites is a mailroom, copy/fax center, two conference rooms, a breakroom, an elegant lobby/waiting area and reception services. All exterior office suites have windows and a closet for your storage needs.
