Now offering nearly 157,000 total square feet of flex space
January 10, 2009
Hunt Industrial Park recently completed the construction of Phase II adding over 103,000 square feet of flex-use space. This addition brings their total square feet to nearly 157,000.
Hunt Industrial Park is now positioned as one of Lake County’s largest commercial flexible-use locations. The park includes 12 buildings that span over 18 acres and is secured with a card access gate system. Hunt Industrial Park offers oversized bay doors, drive-in units, loading docks and air conditioned offices that are handicap accessible.
Hunt Industrial Park built Phase I in 2004 with nearly 54,000 square feet. To meet the demands of the Clermont/Groveland area, they purchased the adjacent 14 acres in 2006 with plans to build Phase II. “We saw the need for additional flex-use industrial space in Lake County,” states Donnie Hunt, Owner/Property Manager of Hunt Industrial Park. “We offer affordable build-outs to customize each unit to the needs of the businesses we serve. To meet demands we nearly tripled in size.”
Offering space starting at 900 square feet and up, Hunt Industrial Park is home to many businesses, both big and small including Southern Energy Holdings, a Bio Diesel fuel producing company, First Class Air Repair, the largest FAA repair station in Central Florida, and many more. Hunt Industrial Park is located in the Clermont/Groveland area about 1 mile west of downtown Clermont and 3 miles north of Highway 50 off 12th Street/County Road 565A.
